Clearly there&#039;s fundamental degree of stability in places like Iran and Egypt that says &quot;Though our traditional views may be at odds with your own, our leaders are not going to order your murder/rape for expressing yourself.&quot; And that, in itself, is a sign of a type of progresses some places do not enjoy.</description>
