To Nerve&#039;s picks, I&#039;d definitely add &quot;Good Night, and Good Luck.&quot; While in some ways, viewers may see this movie as evidence of what was/is wrong with America, the emphasis on the character development of Edward R. Murrow and the careful attention to detail underscores how important journalists are. In a similar vein, I&#039;d recommend the movie &quot;Talk to Me&quot; (with one of my favorite actors, Don Cheadle), about an ex-convict who became a major US radio personality in the 1960s and played a significant role in shaping political thought and opinion in Washington, D.C. Both, in addition to resuscitating overlooked parts of U.S. history, focus on amazing, interesting real-life people; besides, both movies are really well done.    </description>
