Funny thing is that there’s plenty of locally produced heroin in Laos – the poppies are up north and the refineries are in Wa State, Myanmar, across from Xiengkok.

Chapelle Corby busted with 4.1 kg of dope going into Bali. She still maintains her innocence, but it’s been 4 years in jail and she has no hope of seeing the outside again.

Really isn’t worth the trouble, is it?
